As a young ambitious women making her way in the mining industry, I fought regularly with the fear of not knowing enough, not having enough experience and not being taken seriously. I had to find something or rather someone to support me.
The result, I went from fresh faced receptionist to key account manager, I established my presence in the organisation, and I flourished & grew as an individual.
