Complete Sleep Package for children 0 - 7 years. Session Two

Hi I'm Donna!

This is Session Two of my complete sleep package and should only be booked following the completion of Session One.

In this 60-minute ‘follow up’ virtual consultation we will assess your child’s progress, refocus and (if needed) make any adjustments to your personalised plan. It’s a chance for you to ask questions and discuss what’s working well and what might need adjusting.

Session One precedes session two and is a 60-minute virtual consultation to meet each other, assess your baby’s sleep environment and run through all the settling techniques.

Together we will develop a personalised plan tailored to your family’s needs.

My approach is absolutely a ‘no cry it out’ method! You will not have to leave your baby’s side. We also believe in a flexible routine so your baby should be able to sleep anywhere.

Additional inclusions: In the two weeks following this second session, I provide unlimited one to one support via WhatsApp and email, plus seven scheduled phone calls over the two-week period.
